Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has returned to India after 2-day Nepal Tour. During the visit, Nepal Government, State Government and some activities of the concerned body are being criticized.
After worshiping in Janaki temple Nepalese Prime Minister Kp Oli and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi both Prime Minister gave a speech about the friendship between Nepal and India. And at the stage, both Indian and Nepalese flag was placed.
Instead of mentioning the constitution of Nepal, the edge of the flag of Nepalese made in a different style was made upset.
The Constitutional Assembly of Nepal adopted 16 November the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. In article 8 and Schedule 1, the flag was described.

8. National flag
(1) The national flag of Nepal consists of two juxtaposed triangular figures with a crimson colored base and deep blue borders, there being a white emblem of the crescent moon with eight rays visible out of sixteen in the upper part and a white emblem of a twelve-rayed sun in the lower part.
(2) The method of drawing the flag and other particulars relating thereto shall be as set out in Schedule 1.
Raut, who became the main minister according to the new constitution of Nepal, accused the Constitution of Nepal discrimination. In the program, the Indian Prime Minister was also called our prime minister.
