23 Mangsir, Kathmandu Nepali Congress leader Yadav Gagan Thapa has been given a grand rally after the MP was elected from Kathmandu No. No. 4.
Congress supporters, workers have celebrated the victory in Kathmandu after winning the Thapa.
Thapa left the UML candidate from the Left Alliance. Rajan Bhattarai had lost more than 3,000 votes.
Thapa had voted 21,2005 votes. Thapa won the same constituency in the Constituent Assembly elections in the past 2070.
